Starting Salary: $62,764 Position Overview:
The Group Home/Healing Centre is a residential setting for boys and girls who have been experiencing difficulties with life at home and are in need of care and structured living which the group home/healing Centre is able to provide. The In- House Counsellor is to provide the support and care of these clients as well as their safety, health and overall well-being. It is the In-House counselor responsibility to promote the best interest of the youth and to provide stability by providing individual counselling and to provide group sessions with each client.
Qualifications Desired:
All successful applicants will require an application for, or a current, Criminal Record Check(CRC). A Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) for those positions working with children will also be required.
